Partida Real is an excellent blend of Arbequina and Picual varieties. It is named after the majestic bird that sometimes build its nest in Casas de Hualdos olive grove. This olive oil is the most valued from Casas Hualdo, where it is considered a true treasure, containing the best features of each of the four varieties and a high amount of natural antioxidants. Smell: fragrant, with intense fruity flavour where green olive tree leaves, balsamic and spice aromas are predominant. Taste: complex and elegant with medium bitterness and medium spiciness that provide a good structure and a persistent aftertaste.
