Return & Replacement Policy

We at Cozmetica understand the importance of Returns & Replacements when it comes to shopping online. But, in order to evade fraudulent activities, following conditions must be met to be eligible for our Return & Replacement offer:

  1. Returns & replacement policy is only applicable if the received items are either damaged or wrongly delivered.
  2. Claims must be raised within 24hours of delivery date. Any claim raised after 24 hours of the delivery date will not be accepted.
  3. Claimed item must not be unsealed / opened / used and should stay in its original packaging & condition.
  4. Replacement will only be issued against claims that are posted back to our warehouse in 7 days of delivery date. Once the return is received and analysed by quality assurance team, replacement will be issued upon successful product condition evaluation.
  5. Customers can choose to send the item back to our address or request a pick-up and our team will arrange pickup via the logistic partners (if the facility is available in the concerned city/area).
  6. The items being returned are customers' responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so should be properly packed to avoid delivery damages.
  7. Replacement of same product & shade will be preferred. Change of mind or shade or product is not encouraged for replacement – please report the case in detail to Customer Service team for any possibility.
