Avocado oil is pressed from the fruit of the Persea Americana and is used for a variety of purposes such as cooking, lubrication and cosmetics. Avocado oil is high in oleic acid, an omega-9 fatty acid and is naturally found in animal and plant oils, which improves the blood flow and rejuvenates muscles during exercise.
