Did not receive this item and wrong item was delivered.

This was my first time ordering from your site and I pre paid on card. Not only did your team send wrong item they only sent ONE item and removed an item from prepaird order without refunding the amount for the removed item. This sort of inconvenience messes up the customer base badly and completely shatters the trust on online shopping.
