Returns Policy

We offer replacements only for damaged products or items that were incorrect (at our fault) if the claim is raised within 48 hours of delivery. We are not responsible for products damaged by the customer. 

If you choose to return the wrongly delivered items, they should be unused and in their original packaging.  Returns will only be accepted within 48 hours of delivery time. You will only be eligible for a replacement once we receive the product along with its original packaging and analyze its condition. If the product is intact and reaches us as it was delivered, we will notify you about a replacement. Please see that the shipping costs will not be paid by us. Return shipping charges shall be paid by the sender/consignee.

Shipping

We only ship products within Pakistan and currently we are charging a flat rate shipping of PKR 150 on all orders. Delivery will be made in 3-5 working days.
